B.Des DAT Prelims Tie-Break Policy
If the total marks obtained by two or more persons are equal, the tie-breaking policy will be as follows –
Preference will be given to those who have high marks in the DAT Prelims Part B exam
If still, the tie is not broken, students will be given priority based on marks in the DAT Prelims Part A exam
If nevertheless, the tie is not broken, both persons will be assigned the same rank.
Weightage for the Final Result
The weightage of the final results of the preliminary and main examination is as follows –
- DAT Prelims: 40%
- DAT Main Exam: 60%
Minimum Qualifying Marks
